The Global strategy Lab was invited by the Intergovernmental Negotiation Body (INB) in July 2022 to submit written feedback on the then-current Working Draft of the pandemic instrument. We submitted the response below, detailing the need for baseline inclusion of AMR as well as the various ways AMR could be addressed within the instrument, in September 2022. It was co-signed by our partners International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions (ICARS), International Network for AMR Social Science (INAMRSS), One Health Trust (OHT), and ReAct – Action on Antibiotic Resistance.
